Terms and Conditions

Credit Card Purchases: Due to increasing credit card fraud on the internet, for your protection, a call will be placed to verify the order is legitimate. Your shipping address must match your billing address. We only ship to the credit card billing address, no exceptions will be made.

PayPal Users: Your address must be PayPal confirmed. We only ship to PayPal confirmed address, no exceptions will be made.

Shipping & Damages: We use UPS and USPS. All shipments destined for places outside of the Continental US will be sent via USPS Priority Mail Global EMS. All shipments are fully insured. Transit times are quoted by the carrier and is the sole resposibility of the carrier and not the shipper. The carrier is responsible for damages during transit. Seller can't be responsible for damages during transit. Claims for damages will be handled by the carrier. Damages need to be reported within 24 hours or by the next business day, whichever is soonest.

International Buyers: Please understand we can't defraud your goverment by marking your purchase as a gift or for less than the purchase price. Doing so would also prevent us from insuring your purchase.

Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If within 30 days you decide you are unhappy or you have changed your mind and want to return your purchase, simply contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and we will be happy to refund your money. Returns without an RMA# will be refused. Special Orders may be canceled but are subject to 25%. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer unless there is an error on the part of All Version Performance. Returns & shipment refusals are subject to freight charges and a $25 handling fee or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is less. Shipping costs can't be refunded in any case except errors on the part of All Version Performance. All returns must be in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition. Parts that have been installed or in otherwise unsalable condition are subject to additional fees.

Warranties: It is understood by the buyer that all product(s) is/are sold by ALL VERSION PERFORMANCE "AS IS" and ALL VERSION PERFORMANCE hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any express or implied warranty made by the manufacturer of the product(s) is a contract solely between the manufacturer and the buyer, and not ALL VERSION PERFORMANCE.
